While the Academy endeavors to maintain academic quality, no warranties or guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or employment opportunities arising from participation in programs.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, digital content, presentations, study notes, graphics, images, audio-visual content, software, and website content remain the exclusive property of Ganga Zuari Academy or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
7. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- All fees must be paid in accordance with the fee structure communicated at the time of enrollment.
